We ship all our orders within Australia via Australia Post by Express unless otherwise stated. Most orders will arrive the next business days to major cities but may take 2-4 business days for regional areas. Please note we are located in Adelaide, South Australia.

They are only estimates based on our past encounter with Australia Post. During covid times postage may get further delayed. 

We always aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Please allow 1 business day for handling and packaging. Where possible we will aim to dispatch orders same day when placed before 12pm (ACST) on Monday – Friday. All orders are posted with signature required. If you miss your parcel, your order will be held at your closes post office for pick up. We do not post without signature unless specifically requested and do not cover lost parcels without signature. 

Flat rate Express shipping within Australia is $15. If you are ordering outside of Australia, please contact us and we will work out a shipping rate for you.

All tracking numbers are sent via email once dispatched. 

Pick up is available 7 days from Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time. If you require same day pick up, please ensure you write this down on the comment section of your order. We will process your order as soon as possible.
