RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Lashstreet will issue a Store Credit to items exchanged. We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect purchase. To qualify for Store Credit, you will need to notify us within 30 days of your purchase. Orders over 30 days are non-refundable. Please notify us first before sending back any items. It is your own responsibility to use a traceable delivery method as Lashstreet does not issue a Store Creit on lost/damaged returns in transit.
To be eligible for a Store Credit your items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will inspect each item and items which deemed used/opened will not be accepted and rejected. We are able to post these back to you at your own cost.
Please note sanitary goods, hazardous materials and flammable liquids and gases are exempt from our refund policy. All sales are final so please choose wisely.
All sale items or discounted stock are final in sale and no exchanges are accepted.
Shipping and handling cost are non refundable and to return items shipping is at your own discretion.
Once your return has been accepted, an automatic Store Credit will be issued to your email address. Please allow a few days to process once we have received your returned items. Lashstreet reserves the right to issue a refund instead where applicable.
